L.A. Guns (feat. Riley and Nickels) drummer Steve Riley is apparently keeping busy as the drummer has an acting role in the upcoming film Rightful.
The following message was posted in part on the Facebook page from Riley‘s bandmate Scott Griffin yesterday:
“Wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to my drummer Steve Riley. He snagged a role in the upcoming film “Rightful.”
It’s a Gothic revenge thriller set in New Orleans. Look for it the end of this year, early next year. Here’s a trailer for it: http://www.rightfulthemovie.com/
And look for us, L.A. Guns, on the road next year as soon as we’re over all this bullshit.“
The overall plot for the movie Rightful as per IMDb is: “One hundred years after being wrongly executed, two black brothers return from the grave to avenge their deaths and reclaim their land.” Rightful was directed by Andre Alfa, written by Stephen George and stars Bryan McClure, Laura Flannery and Jonathan Fuller. Riley is casted as “Billy” in the movie.
